Returns & Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

Our Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at taplingss@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damage or defect. We will review your request and may offer a replacement at our discretion. Damage caused after delivery or through normal wear is not covered.

Pre-Programmed Orders

If you requested pre-programming of your NFC tag with a custom link, that configuration is applied to your specific unit before shipping. Pre-programmed orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable regardless of circumstances. You may reprogram the tag yourself at any time using the free Taplings app or any compatible NFC writing application.
